This set combines an Auer Packaging Euro container ED 43/75 HG with a hinged lid (external dimensions 400 x 300 x 90 mm) with custom-fit foam inserts. It is designed for the safe storage and transport of sensitive equipment, individual tool parts, or technical devices, and thanks to the grid foam, it can be individually adapted to different contours.

The set is based on the Auer Packaging ED 43/75 HG Euro container, measuring 400 x 300 x 90 mm, with an integrated hinged lid. This robust Euro container perfectly accommodates the included foam inserts and reliably protects the contents from all sides.

The central protective insert is a 50 mm high grid foam (370 mm x 270 mm, IUMFOR050). This is fully pre-perforated with a grid of 15 mm x 15 mm x 50 mm height. By removing individual cubes, the interior can be precisely adapted to the contours of the objects to be protected. This allows for the secure embedding of various shapes and sizes. A 15 mm perimeter rim provides stability and additional lateral support for the insert.

A 10 mm thick foam base (358 mm x 258 mm, DEMENL010) serves as the base. It is cut to fit precisely into the recess of Auer Packaging Euroboxes measuring 40 x 30 cm. The base acts as a cushioning layer between the container bottom and the grid foam, thus protecting against impacts from below.

A self-adhesive foam insert measuring 338 mm x 238 mm x 20 mm (JDBA010S) is included for the lid. This insert is specifically designed for the lid of an Auer 40 x 30 cm Eurobox. It is glued into the hinged lid and acts as a top cover. When the lid is closed, this foam layer applies gentle pressure to the contents, preventing items inside from shifting or coming loose.

The pre-perforated grid makes the foam particularly versatile: It is suitable for protecting various industrial goods during transport – such as medical equipment, individual tool parts, or technical devices – and can be adapted to a wide range of applications. The combination of bottom padding, individually adjustable grid foam layer, and lid cover ensures all-around protection inside the Euro container.

The Euro container can optionally be equipped with a separately available handle (SKU: 16538). With just a few simple steps, the Eurobox transforms into a handy case, further facilitating the transport of its protected contents.
