Inside, two pick and pluck foam inserts measuring 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm each provide the main protective layer. These inserts are pre-perforated with a 15 mm x 15 mm grid over the full 50 mm height. Thanks to this fine raster, the foam can be easily adapted by hand to match the contours of most items. This allows you to create tailor-made recesses for different objects, such as sensitive measuring instruments, medical devices, or individual tool components. The surrounding edge on the pick and pluck foam adds stability and helps keep the structure intact around the customized cut-outs.

As a base layer, the set includes a 10 mm thick foam bottom (358 mm x 258 mm x 10 mm). This bottom insert is dimensioned to fit exactly into the recessed area of Auer Packaging Euro boxes, ensuring a clean, non-slip foundation for the pick and pluck foam above. It helps to cushion impacts from below and further protects the items stored in the case.

For the lid, the set comes with a self-adhesive foam insert measuring 338 mm x 238 mm x 10 mm. This part is specially cut to match the lid of a 40 x 30 cm Auer Eurobox. The self-adhesive backing allows it to be securely glued into the inside of the hinged lid, where it functions as an upper cover for the contents. When the case is closed, this lid foam presses gently on the items held in the pick and pluck inserts, preventing them from shifting during transport and adding additional protection from above.

The combination of customizable pick and pluck foam, an exact-fitting bottom insert, and a dedicated lid pad makes this set particularly suitable for the safe transport and storage of various industrial goods.
