Neatly stored, clearly presented and safely transported. With this Feldherr double-size foam insert for model railways in H0 gauge, your models are safe.
Five compartments, tailor-made for the horizontal storage of model trains in H0 scale, offer your wagons and locomotives reliable protection for storage and transport. Because of the horizontal position, the insert can also be used as a display to present your own model train collection.
Several trains and carriages can be stored next to each other in one compartment. To prevent them from colliding or accidentally coupling, we offer suitable foam spacers (HS040A002, HS020A001).
The models are thus stored safely all around and the high-quality foam provides long-term protection against damage and wear such as scratches and chipping paint.
- Perfectly matched to the Feldherr Storage Box DSLB075 – for precise storage in our cardboard boxes
- Each of the 5 compartments is 530 mm long x 55 mm wide x 40 mm deep.
- Suitable for models in nominal size / gauge H0
The double-size foam insert has the dimensions: 550 mm long x 345 mm wide x 50 mm total height (40 mm usable height + 10 mm foam base).
- high-quality, fine-pored foam
- chlorine-free and acid-free

Which insert fits my box?
The first two letters of the item number tell you which box an insert fits. The three digits after them give the total height in mm, including the 10 mm foam base. Example: JV040A004 is 40 mm tall, of which 30 mm is usable.
| Code | Size | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| JV | 570 × 370 mm | 60 × 40 Eurobox, with levelling base KABA010 |
| EU | 560 × 360 mm | 60 × 40 Eurobox, no levelling base |
| IU | 370 × 270 mm | 40 × 30 Eurobox, with levelling base DEMENL010 |
| DD | 360 × 260 mm | 40 × 30 Eurobox, no levelling base |
| KN | 360 × 270 mm | 40 × 30 Eurobox (Zugliege), with DEMENL010 |

Good to know
- Euroboxes have a rim about 10 mm high around the floor. JV and IU inserts sit on the levelling base. EU and DD inserts fit past the rim down to the floor, which gives you more height.
- We recommend lid foam for every box with a hinged lid: CFBA010S for 60 × 40, JDBA010S for 40 × 30.
- Side pads are only needed for inserts that are open at the sides, i.e. Zugliegen, PanoramaLiegen and 0 gauge inserts.
- Euroboxes from other makers usually fit. Please measure the inside carefully.
