The foam blocks are, for example, ideal as spacers for locomotives and thus prevent unwanted coupling or running into each other.
Of course, they can also be used for other purposes, such as raising deep compartments to accommodate small figures or stabilizing large miniatures.
- 40 foam blocks/spacers
- Dimensions of the foam blocks: 40 mm x 30 mm x 15 mm
- Made in Germany
- high-quality, fine-pored foam
The spacers fit our "TT upright" and "TT horizontal", as well as "H0e upright" and "H0e horizontal" inserts.

Which insert fits my box?
The first two letters of the item number tell you which box an insert fits. The three digits after them give the total height in mm, including the 10 mm foam base. Example: JV040A004 is 40 mm tall, of which 30 mm is usable.
| Code | Size | Fits |
|---|---|---|
| JV | 570 × 370 mm | 60 × 40 Eurobox, with levelling base KABA010 |
| EU | 560 × 360 mm | 60 × 40 Eurobox, no levelling base |
| IU | 370 × 270 mm | 40 × 30 Eurobox, with levelling base DEMENL010 |
| DD | 360 × 260 mm | 40 × 30 Eurobox, no levelling base |
| KN | 360 × 270 mm | 40 × 30 Eurobox (Zugliege), with DEMENL010 |
| DS | 550 × 345 mm | DSLB075 storage box |
| KQ | 600 × 420 mm | IKEA ALEX drawer |
Good to know
- Euroboxes have a rim about 10 mm high around the floor. JV and IU inserts sit on the levelling base. EU and DD inserts fit past the rim down to the floor, which gives you more height.
- We recommend lid foam for every box with a hinged lid: CFBA010S for 60 × 40, JDBA010S for 40 × 30.
- Side pads are only needed for inserts that are open at the sides, i.e. Zugliegen, PanoramaLiegen and 0 gauge inserts.
- Euroboxes from other makers usually fit. Please measure the inside carefully.
