The core of the set consists of five perforated foam inserts measuring 370 x 270 x 50 mm. The foam is pre-perforated with a 15 mm x 15 mm grid pattern, 50 mm high. This fine grid allows individual elements or entire sections to be easily removed, enabling the inserts to conform precisely to the contours of a wide variety of objects. The surrounding edge ensures the stability of the insert and provides lateral protection.

The base of the Euro container is a 10 mm thick foam base (358 x 258 mm, DEMENL010). It is cut to fit precisely into the recess of the Auer Packaging boxes. This base forms the cushioning layer between the container floor and the layers of gridded foam above it, providing additional protection for the contents against impacts from below.

A self-adhesive foam insert measuring 338 x 238 x 10 mm (JDBA010S) is included for the lid. This foam is specifically designed for the lid of an Auer Eurobox measuring 40 x 30 cm. It is simply glued into the lid, serving as the top cover. Combined with the grid foam inserts inside, this creates a fully padded environment that protects the contents from all sides.

The actual container is an Auer Packaging Euro container/Euro Box type ED 43/27 HG (DDEB265) with a hinged lid. Its external dimensions of 400 x 300 x 285 mm correspond to the standard Euro format of 40 x 30 cm. The hinged lid is firmly attached to the box, opens and closes smoothly, and protects the contents during storage and transport. The combination of a sturdy plastic container and specially designed foam inserts makes this set suitable for the safe transport of a wide variety of industrial goods – especially those that are sensitive to impact or have delicate surfaces.
