With Feldherr grid foam, you can easily create custom foam inserts. The pre-cut grid offers a suitable solution for a variety of items, such as camera cases, bulky objects, or miniatures.
The grid foam is easy and quick to use. By separating individual foam blocks, the foam can be easily adapted to the specific shape of the goods being packaged. The perforated foam can be removed by hand without tools.
For use in Auer Euroboxes, we recommend
- DEMENL010 10 mm leveling base for Auer Euro containers 40 x 30.
- JDBA010S 340 mm x 240 mm x 10 mm Foam base / foam cut-out - self-adhesive for the lid
The insert gains additional stability from the surrounding, unpunched edge (approx. 1.2 to 1.5 cm wide).
- The grid foam insert has the following dimensions: 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm total height.
- Pre-cut grid measuring 15 mm x 15 mm.
- Suitable for Euroboxes with a 40 x 30 cm base, e.g. from AUER
- The foam is completely die-cut. The base is sold separately.
- Unpunched, surrounding rim (approx. 12 or 15 mm wide) for added stability.
