You can often find a new locomotive at exchanges and flea markets that is missing its original packaging. It's a good thing we can help here.
The Feldherr storage box MTLB170 is the ideal solution for storing, transporting and reselling individual models.
The folding box consists of two parts – a base made of grey, coated cardboard and a lid made of coloured coated cardboard with a transparent window.
The lid is available in black, grey and orange.
The viewing window allows you to see inside, so you can always see immediately which model is packed here.
In addition, the two label fields on the narrow sides of the lid provide space for notes.
Also included in the set is a foam insert. This serves as padding and reliably protects the sensitive details of your locomotives, wagons and vehicles from scratches, abrasion and other damage.
To fix the models or as spacers when storing several vehicles in one box, we offer suitable foam pieces (HS040A002).
The set consists of:
- 1 box / base part
- 1 lid with viewing window
- 1 foam insert (GWMFDY004)
The box and lid are delivered flat. You can find simple instructions on how to fold the box on our website.

We recommend using the box for model railways in gauge H0 (1:87) and gauge 00 (1:76).

Super als Ersatzbox - Lok fühlt sich wohl
Kurz überlegt wie die Faltreihenfolge sein soll (kurze Kante)
vielleicht kleine Nummern auf die geprägte Faltnaht drucken
Leider gab es bei einigen Boxen das Problem, daß Karton und Sichtfolie nicht verklebt waren sondern Folien lose beilagen. Sonst ist das Produkt zu empfehlen. Schön wäre noch eine andere Länge von 230 oder 250 mm.
