This flexible Feldherr Zugliege is a foam insert designed for N scale model railways. It keeps your locomotives and wagons neatly organized, safely stored and easy to transport. Thanks to the V-shaped compartments, the insert also works as a display to present your collection and as a slanted tray for small maintenance jobs on your models.

The 7 tailored compartments are specifically designed for model railways in N gauge. Your locomotives and wagons lie almost upright in the V-shaped channels, making them both clearly visible and easy to reach from the side. This layout is ideal not only for safe storage and transport, but also for using the insert as a presentation display for your collection.

Because the models are held securely yet remain accessible, the Feldherr Zugliege also serves as a practical slanted surface for small maintenance tasks and repairs on your engines. In each of the long compartments, you can place multiple trains and cars next to each other, making efficient use of the available space.

The insert is sized to fit perfectly into all common 40 cm x 30 cm Euroboxes and storage boxes. With overall dimensions of 360 mm x 270 mm x 30 mm, it sits neatly in the box while the precisely formed V-shaped compartments (360 mm long, leg length approx. 24 mm) keep your models stable. The foam thickness from the underside to the tip of the V is approx. 2 mm, and approx. 13 mm to the valley bottom.

Only high-quality, fine-pored foam that is free from chlorine and acids is used. This material does not attack the plastic or paint of your models and offers long-term protection. The aging-resistant and UV-stable foam helps prevent damage to small parts and delicate details, and reduces wear such as scratches or chipping paint over time.
