The centerpiece of the set is the Auer Packaging Euro container / Euro Box case ED 43/17 HG, measuring 400 x 300 x 185 mm. The hinged lid allows for secure closure and easy opening. The internal dimensions are precisely tailored to the included foam inserts, ensuring a snug, secure fit.

Three perforated foam inserts measuring 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm (IUMFOR050) are included for cushioning the contents. This perforated foam is pre-perforated with a 15 mm x 15 mm grid and a height of 50 mm. This allows individual foam segments to be easily removed to create precisely fitting recesses for a wide variety of items. In this way, the interior can be flexibly adapted to different shapes and sizes. A surrounding edge ensures that the inserts remain stable laterally and provides additional protection against impacts and shifting.

The bottom layer consists of a 10 mm thick foam base (DEMENL010) measuring 358 mm x 258 mm. This base is precisely cut to fit the recess of the Auer Packaging boxes. It forms the foundation for the grid foam inserts above, compensates for minor unevenness, and ensures even cushioning of the base.

A self-adhesive foam insert measuring 338 mm x 238 mm x 10 mm (JDBA010S) is included for the lid. This specific cut is designed precisely for the lid of an Auer Eurobox measuring 40 x 30 cm. The back is self-adhesive, allowing for easy application to the lid. It serves as a top cover, securing the stored items from above once the lid is closed, thus reducing air pockets and ensuring the equipment is held securely in place.

The combination of grid foam, foam base, and foam lid creates a fully padded interior, ideally suited for protecting a wide variety of industrial goods during transport – for example, medical equipment, individual tool components, or sensitive technical devices. Thanks to the grid foam's adaptability, different configurations can be accommodated within the same container and easily modified as needed.

The Euro container can also be equipped with a separately available handle (SKU: 16538). With just a few simple steps, the Eurobox can be transformed into a practical carrying case. The handle is not included and must be ordered separately.
